Building Relationships

After receiving my first massage at age 27, I knew I wanted to help others relax, rest, and rejuvenate. I received my initial training at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and returned to Chapel Hill, NC, to start a private practice in 2003.

When the winds blew west again, I relocated to the Boulder area in the spring of 2010 and opened a private practice in Broomfield, Colorado.

As a massage therapist, I work with each client individually to help restore balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit. I am inspired by our limitless capacity to move through all the changes that life affords us.

I am a singin' dancin', ukulele-playin', dog-walkin' person about town!

Sharing Knowledge

Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it. Call me if you have any questions before scheduling your session.

Helping You Feel Better

Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life-changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
