Here’s a yummy winter recipe for all you beef-eaters out there. This one is quick, easy, and hearty! Chili Picante 3/4 lb. of 93% lean ground beef 1 c. chopped bell peppers 1 c. salsa of your choice 1 c. water 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained 2 tsp. ground cumin ½ c. sour cream 1) Using medium-high heat, add beef and pepper to a large pot. Cook until beef is browned, stirring to crumble beef. 2) Add salsa and next 3 ingredients to the pan and bring to a boil, Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 8 minutes. 3) Ladle into 4 bowls and top with sour cream.
